This Shipping Policy governs the shipping and delivery of products purchased through the official website www.kka.gifts, operated by KritiKalpa Atelier (“Company”, “we”, “us”)
This Policy must be read together with and is subject to the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Policy available on the Website. In the event of any inconsistency, the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy shall prevail with respect to refunds, cancellations and returns.
By placing an order on the Website, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
- Across India (Domestic Shipping)
- To select International destinations, subject to serviceability
2. Order Processing Time
a. Non-Customized / Ready-to-Ship Products
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders involving customization, personalization, printing or engraving are processed on a made-to-order basis and are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where refund is approved due to Company error, in accordance with Clause 5 of the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
5. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer
- The Company does not guarantee delivery timelines.
- Delays caused by courier partners shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability or refusal may result in return-to-origin.
- Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
- Such cases are not eligible for refunds, in line with Clause 4 (Non-Returnable Items) of the Refund Policy.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition during transit; or
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The customer must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence and original packaging.
9. International Shipping & Customs
- Customs duties, import taxes and related charges are borne by the customer.
- As stated in Clause 7 of the Refund Policy, customs duties, taxes and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond Company control.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, regulatory restrictions, logistical disruptions or acts of God.
11. Policy Amendments
KritiKalpa Atelier reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
