This Shipping Policy governs the shipping and delivery of products purchased through the official website www.kka.gifts, operated by KritiKalpa Atelier (“Company”, “we”, “us”)


This Policy must be read together with and is subject to the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Policy available on the Website. In the event of any inconsistency, the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy shall prevail with respect to refunds, cancellations and returns.


By placing an order on the Website, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

KritiKalpa Atelier facilitates shipping:

  • Across India (Domestic Shipping)
  • To select International destinations, subject to serviceability

Shipping is facilitated through third-party logistics partners, including but not limited to Delhivery, India Post, Blue Dart, DTDC or other courier services as determined by the Company.

2. Order Processing Time

a. Non-Customized / Ready-to-Ship Products


Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.


b. Customized / Made-to-Order Products

Orders involving customization, personalization, printing or engraving are processed on a made-to-order basis and are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.

As stated in Clause 3(a) of the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy, customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and payment is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where refund is approved due to Company error, in accordance with Clause 5 of the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.

5. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer

KritiKalpa Atelier acts solely as a shipping facilitator. Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the logistics partner:
  • The Company does not guarantee delivery timelines.
  • Delays caused by courier partners shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

As per Clause 5 and Clause 6 of the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy, refunds or replacements are initiated only after inspection and verification of eligible return cases.

6. Order Tracking

Shipment tracking details are shared via email, SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable) after dispatch. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure accurate and complete delivery details at the time of order placement.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability or refusal may result in return-to-origin.
  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
  • Such cases are not eligible for refunds, in line with Clause 4 (Non-Returnable Items) of the Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In accordance with Clause 4 (Eligible Returns) of the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy:
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is received in a damaged condition during transit; or
    • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The customer must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence and original packaging.

Claims raised beyond this period shall not be entertained.

9. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:
  • Customs duties, import taxes and related charges are borne by the customer.
  • As stated in Clause 7 of the Refund Policy, customs duties, taxes and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond Company control.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, regulatory restrictions, logistical disruptions or acts of God.

11. Policy Amendments

KritiKalpa Atelier reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
