Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy | KKA Gifts
1. Applicability
This Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy governs all purchases made through the official websites www.kka.gifts operated by KritiKalpa Atelier (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order on the Website, the user (“you”) agrees to be bound by this Policy.
2. Nature of Products
The Website offers:
- Ready-to-ship, non-customized physical products; and
- Made-to-order customized and personalized products prepared specifically based on user specifications.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Customized / Made-to-Order Products
All customized, personalized, engraved, printed or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and payment is completed.
b. Non-Customized Products
Cancellation of non-customized products may be requested before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.
4. Return Policy
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is received in a damaged condition during transit; or
- Incorrect product has been delivered.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery, along with clear photographic/video evidence and the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
- Customized and personalized products
- Products altered based on user specifications
- Products damaged due to user mishandling
- Products returned without original packaging or proof
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only upon approval of eligible return requests.
Once approved, refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.
6. Inspection & Verification
All returned products shall be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements shall be initiated only after successful verification of return eligibility.
7. International Orders
Customs duties, taxes and shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable.
8. Final Decision
KritiKalpa Atelier reserves the right to approve or reject any refund, cancellation or return request at its sole discretion in accordance with this Policy.
